Section 14

Re-election to Council.

(1) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) , a member of the Council elected under clause (a) of sub- section (2) of section 12 shall be eligible for re-election but not for more than two consecutive terms. (2) A member of the Council, who is or has been elected, as the President under sub-section (1) of section 17, shall not be eligible for election or nomination as a member of the Council.
